Ultimate BLT Dip

Can’t eat another tub of French Onion dip or queso dip that pops up at every party? Why not combine bacon, cheeses, (and some veggies for good measure) and eat a REAL dip. This is a perfect appetizer for a casual dinner party or serve at home while you watch the game. Best of all, it is easy.

Makes 2 quarts

2qt Baking Dish

1 1/2 lb. Bacon
2 cup Mozzarella
1 cup Cheddar Cheese
16oz. Cream Cheese
1/2 cup Sour Cream
1/4 cup Mayonnaise
1/2t Italian Seasoning
2 Garlic Cloves
1t Brown Mustard
3 Tomatoes
1/2 head Lettuce
Pepper & Salt

Spray a 2qt baking dish with cooking spray.

Fully cook bacon, drain and crumble. Separating 1/2lb. for the topping.

Shred mozzarella and cheddar cheese.

Soften cream cheese so it is workable.

Seed and dice tomato.

Shred lettuce.

In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients (minus tomato, lettuce, and 1/2lb. bacon for the topping).

Mix until mixture is evenly combined. Season with salt & pepper.

Spoon mixture into your prepared baking dish.

Bake for about 20 minutes, until hot and bubbly.

Sprinkle tomatoes, bacon, and lettuce over hot dip.
