Garlic Bread-Wrapped Meatballs

These little puffy meatballs surprises are great as a party favor or an anytime snack. Making these wrapped meatballs are super easy, you can even have a little one help you out.

Makes 20 meatballs


9” Round Cake Pan


1 can Pillsbury Grands Jr. Biscuits
20 Frozen Italian Meatballs
4 sticks String Cheese
Parmesan Cheese
1t Italian Seasoning
1t Garlic Salt
1 cup Marinara Sauce


Preheat oven to 375.

Thaw out the meatballs.

Cut each string cheese stick into 5 equal pieces, across the grain.

Heat marinara sauce and keep warm.


Separate dough into 10 biscuits then separate each biscuit into 2 layers.

Press each biscuit layer into 3” rounds with your hand.

Place a meatball and a string cheese slice in center of each dough round.

Wrap dough around meatball and cheese, pressing edges to completely seal.

Place the wrapped meatballs into an ungreased cake pan, seam-side down, in a single layer.

Sprinkle evenly with Parmesan, Italian seasoning, and garlic salt.

Bake for about 25 minutes, until golden brown and biscuits are no longer doughy.


Serve meatballs immediately from the oven with marinara sauce for dipping.
